The CGR Designation assures you that your remodeler:

  • Has met NAHB (National Association of Home Builders) prescribed standards of business practice.
  • Has a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
  • Has completed relevant educational requirements.
  • Pledges to uphold the CGR Code of Ethics. 
   CAPS (Certified Aging in Place Specialist)

Credited by the National Association of Home Builders, a CAPS specialist has the knowledge to identify and understand the needs of older adults or disabled.
