Gordon has recently grown a beard for the first time in the past 27 years I've known him ( he trained me in this business) it's how we met.

So I asked him, "What's up? You going incognito and re running all our old leads or something?"

Suffice to say in 27 years I had conveniently forgotten that the weight we've gained or hair I've lost has done enough to alter our appearance for anyone whose paths we've crossed selling home improvements.
